Free plan
Free costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Upgrade only when you are ready to publish.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime; your site stays live until the end of the paid month. If the AI failed to generate for you at all due to a verified technical fault in the first 7 days, write to us and we will make it right.
Yearly plans
Yearly billing saves two months. Within the first 14 days of a new yearly subscription, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused full months. After 14 days, the plan stays active until renewal and does not auto-refund.
How to request
Email support@dreamsquareai.com from your account email with your plan name and billing date. We reply within a few business days.
Cancel first
Cancel auto-renewal in the app under your account, then request the refund — this stops the next charge while we review.
